Motion that the project be tabled until all requested materials are gathered for a complete application submission.

Applicant must return with

1. color sketches or photos of the current elevation
2. photos of adjacent properties
3. samples of materials for both smooth and split-face masonry
4. more dimensions listed on the plans
5. relocation of the dumpster to rear of the property if an apron is added
6. screening of dumpster to be board-on-board fence, 6 ft high, with at least 80% opacity
7. fencing at the rear of the property to screen use from residential neighbor
8. find hardier shrubs and use mulch instead of grass in the landscaping
9. wheel stops for parking lot spaces
10. move landscaping strip back because Carolina Ave has a 4ft setback
11. location of existing HVAC unit to be moved to the rear of the roof
12. cut sheet of exterior lighting required
13. decorative/ornamental fence on both frontages of property at a 4ft max height
14. color drawings of the proposed elevation
15. show a rear fire exit for safety
